When do I need to cite a source?
Anytime you consult a place other than your own brain for information, you need to give credit to that source.
What if the type of source I used is not one of those listed above?
See Ms. Roscovius for source sheets or search online. A really good MLA resource is the Purdue OWL website.
What are the consequences if I plagiarize?
If your work is found to be copied either from a printed or web source or from another student, you will receive a referral for plagiarism, which results in one day of ISS. You'll also have to start the project over from the beginning with a different topic. Just don't do it!!
